Introspection — what better way to start a week.

Question: How do you obtain eternity?

We are living eternity right now. It’s nothing that is obtained. Whether we believe it or not, this life continues into the next — making our life right now eternal.

What does that mean?

It means that I can handle today. Everything that has gone wrong in this life will be eternally fixed. Once I heal a wound here, it is forever healed. I’ve had a lot of hurts, betrayals, and disappointments. Looked at another way — that is a lot of opportunity. The chance to do it again, in an eternal sense. When I walk beside God, I am His child. That means I get to do childhood again — learning and growing by His side. I am loved and protected — guarded as His kid this time around.

Living with this eternal knowledge sets me free because I have the rest of time to make this life right.
