Jewels, Gems & Gunpowder
I would love to hear from you! Sharing Saturday with you.
A Jewel: Do you know a broken heart can heal? It truly can. I’m living proof.
Gem: I believe I am called by God and chosen to be his messenger. It’s in the bible and I believe it. I’m so thankful he sees me, found me, cares for me and continues to encourage me to grow, heal, love and stay focused.
Metaphorical Gunpowder: Will I ever stop comparing myself to others? Comparison is such an ugly tool — nothing good comes from and yet I struggle to put it down. I believe this started in childhood. My mother compared herself to me even as a child. As I grew, it grew in me, too.
Father, teach me that I am enough just the way I am. Hold my convictions that I am not enough. I surrender all that I am to you.
Please comment below by leaving your jewel, a gem or something you keep yourself free from with metaphorical gunpowder.
All love!
