Jewel: There is a Harvard study (that I was reminded of this week — thank you, Jennie Anne!) that tells us music can boost memory and mood. Music has helped me survive. When I couldn’t find the strength to have hope, music lead me through.

Gem: Bring Alexa with you next time you take a shower or a bath and sing! Tell her to turn it up two times!
